what happens twice happens three times

hello. thanks for coming to my blog.

my name’s frankie. i grew up in pittsburgh, went to university in toronto, and am currently living in osaka. i teach english at an elementary school, a kindergarten, and a private english school. when i came here in mid-2005, i thought i’d stay for a year, but now that i’m here i don’t feel like leaving at all. after japan, i hope to teach english in at least one other country in asia, and then hopefully move to another continent that i’ve never been to before. i prefer not to think about what’s going to happen next, i’m pretty content to just let it happen. in the meanwhile i fill my non-working hours with cycling, DJing, studying japanese, and exploring japan.
